Wisteria Vines

Planted four vines around an arched arbor in early spring. They grew fine for two months and then some of the leaves turned brown on the ends and sides and simply stopped growing.

It sounds like this is either a watering issue or a fungus. I would increase water to the plant and treat it with a fungicide. This should help improve the health of the plants.
