sour milk on garden or plants

Would it be ok to pour a gallon of sour milk on garden or plants? Does it have any nutritional value at all?

Yes, it’s fine to pour sour milk on garden soil or to spray it on plants. Milk will add a small amount of nitrogen and calcium to soil. Milk sprayed on leaves is a good way to prevent powdery mildew fungal growth- I’m not sure whether sour milk would have the same benefit but it’s worth a try.
