You could try it. This article says the native highbush blueberries are adapted to bogs and coastal areas, but you would need to get a native plant. The cultivars need well drained, acidic soil.
If you get a cultivar, you could build up a berm in your swamp to grow the blueberries. Or plant them in containers and set them on an area that is raised up from the swamp.
