What kind of spray should I use and how often should I spray my peach tree to keep worms from getting in the peaches?

I'm an organic gardener and never had bug free peaches until I started bagging the limbs. i still have trouble with bacterial spot but I can still enjoy delicious peaches if I peel off the skin. Maybe someone will tell me how to control the spot but in the meantime the bags work great to keep the bugs off.
