Hi Tom, I would recommend spraying the rosebushes with Bayer Complete to get a handle on the problem if there are alot of them on the roses. Then apply some Bayer Rose & Flower granules per label instructions, the systemic action will get to those that the spray may not get. I have also used the Bayer Tree and shrub granules applied per label instructions for shrubs/ornamental shrubs for this treatment with success.
