Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWe have a gap in shadowed part on the edge of our garden. I would like to add a camellia for early blooms. I want it to be very tall and bushy eventually. Which camellia is best for a good height and width and doesn’t take too long to do so? Ideally we’d have a full red bloom. Thank you.

A little research suggests that the tallest camellia trees are Wild Camellias, which can grow up to 50-60 feet, or the Camellia Japonica Hybrids and Camellia Reticulata Hybrids. As far as fast-growing trees, the Sasanqua camellia may be fastest, but only grows 5-7 feet tall.
