Withered Or Curly Fruit Tree Leaves

Question

Problem:withered or curly leaves. I have a Pluot tree with 4 different variety pluot branches grafted to it. The largest branch, last year,had aphids and withered leave. I treated the tree this year with “All Season” sray oil. So far no aphids but 6-8%,of the larger branch still has withered leaves. Is there anything I can do about it?
