Wisteria Vines (2+ Years Old) Leaves Dying

Our wisteria vines’ leaves are dying. The leaves are drying up and can easily be shaved from the vines. It starts at the leaf edge until the leaf is dead. We are located in Richland, Washington. Is there a solution?
