Wisteria Vine Not Flowering

My wisteria vine is not flowering. It is two years old and seems healthy, but has never flowered. I live in southern NH and the soil it is planted in is probably on the sandy to rocky side, as is most of my yard. Any suggestions for coaxing it to flower?

These vines need little fertilizer, as they will grow excessively, and too much nitrogen can also inhibit flowering. On the other hand, too little phosphorus results in poor blooming. Check the light it receives, as too little will affect blooming as well.
