My wisteria has come up from its roots now 2 years but never blooms. How can I get it to bloom. I live in zone 3 Joyce

I'm afraid it will take much longer than two years to see blooms from this plant. They are very inconsistent flowers. I can recommend an article that will help you to care for the plant and ensure that when it is able that it blooms.
