Q.wisteria never bloomed

I’ve had the plant for 4 years. Never had a flower. Can you advise me on anything? Thanks, Jan

Wisteria van take up to seven years to bloom. An old gardener's trick is to drive a shovel into the ground about 2-3 feet from the base. Cut a circle around the plant. Sometimes this shock forces bloom.
