Wisteria growth

I recently bought a house that has an established wisteria vine. I noticed woody, tumorous fiberous growths at the base of the vine and randomly on the branches in varying sizes. The vine looks healthy and is in the process of opening of the pods. So my nursery man said conks? Or galls? Both do not resemble what I have. . . maybe a different type? And should I be concerned?

Most likely it is crown gall, which is common in these plants. This article will help determine if this is the issue: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/vines/wisteria/wisteria-diseases.htm [1]
