Wisteria Enemies

Question

It does not seem to be crown gall on my wisteria. I saw the same problem on a hibiscus plant at Lowe’s when I returned some other sick plants. The nice green leaves slowly turn brown, beginning at the tips and spreading toward the stem, curling up and then dropping off.
