Wisteria doesn’t grow

My wisteria has not really grown since I brought it. In the pic, the growth is the only growth that had happened for the last 2 years. Can you tell me why and how to help it to grow, please?

Wisteria does tend to become stunted when grown in a pot. The yellow leaves and slow growth may indicate a lack of soil fertility such as nitrogen deficiency. Try adding some N-P-K fertilizer or organic equivalents like compost, cured manure, bone meal, and blood meal. Follow the package directions for amounts to add and frequency. Also check for any obvious insect infestations.
