Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWhat is the ‘pod-like’ item growing from my Wisteria? It looks and feels like a green felt pea pod. It’s about 4 inches long and looks like an enlongated tear drop–meaning narrow at the stem and large at the end, and they grow from the flower stem once the flower is gone.

Those are seedpods. Most people simply trim them off.
