Hyacinth Plant

My wisteria is about seven years old and first bloomed, rather pathetically, last year. It produced ten rather anemic flowers this year, which appeared to gradually shrivel. Since then it has lost all its leaves! There appears to be tiny buds forming now. Any ideas?
