wintering magnolia tulip trees

I have a baby magnolia tulip tree, about 6 months old, in a container outdoors. It’s doing well but just wondered if I need to bring it inside for the winter since it is still a juvenile plant? Thanks.

You don’t need to bring it indoors, but because it is a young tree in a container, I would recommend placing it in a sheltered location (like near the foundation of your home) and mulching around the pot with leaves or wood mulch. That should keep it fine for the winter.
