Q.Wintering a plant

Zone France, USDA zone 7 | Jacky970 added on December 10, 2017 | Answered

Hello ! I just found a Nerium oleander lying in a broken pot outside and I decided to bring it back to my house. I think I’ll put it under grow lights. The problem is that outside it is way too cold and I don’t have any unheated room. Do you think it will be fine if kept in a 20 °C room or does it need to have a cool winter?
Sincerely,
Jack,

Yes. They can stand that temperature just fine. I think keeping it under horticultural lighting will be a good idea. This will ensure that it survives. This article will give you an idea of how to care for these: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/oleander/oleander-growing-tips.htm
