Winter care for baby rose cuttings

I received 2 Barbra Streisand rose cuttings. They are each about 5″ tall. I have planted them in peat pots, and since the weather is still warm, I put then outside. Should I bring them inside during winter, since they are so small? How should I care for them? I intend to put then in large planters in the spring.

Thank you for your assistance.

Basically there are two ways, two different times of the year to grow roses from cuttings. Softwood Cutting Season begins in June and continues through the summer. By fall the wood hardens off and you have to do things a bit differently. https://fauxncotton.com/ [1]
