Windmill Palm Flower

My Windmill Palm Flowered for the first time in 10 years. It is June in Washington State and the yellow seeds are dropping off.
When the seeds are all gone , do I cut the flowers back or do I just let them go?

You can do either one. Remove the stem close to the palm but avoid injury to the trunk.
