Will Your Brown Patch Recipe Continue To Work If Dogs Repeat The “job”?

Hello, a lady with her dog surreptitiously has her dog pee on the lawn in front and. back of my apartment to “punish” me on behalf of another neighbor. (Ridiculous but true). Administration won’t get involved. I’ve ordered your brown patch formula. If the seed germinates successfully, will resistance to brown patches continue work even if the offense continues?

We don't sell any garden products so it must be from someone else. It sounds like it may be a disease resistant grass seed. Brown patches due to dog urine are different from brown patches due to a fungal disease. Dog urine has a high concentration of salt which can burn grass. Reseeding can repair brown spots but I suspect continued urination will brown the new grass.

You can irrigate the grass more. That may help dilute the salts. Here is more:
