Will using manure instead of compost in my potting soil harm my plant?

I am attempting to grow a cherry tomato plant in a 5 gallon bucket. The recipe calls for equal portions of perlite, compost, and peat moss. When I mixed the ingredients together, I used equal portions of perlite, sphagnum peat moss, manure, and a slightly smaller portion of organic potting soil. Will this mix harm my tomato plant? Will adding peat moss as a mulch help? What should I do, if anything? Thank you!

Fresh manure is considered to be to strong to be used on plants in a garden; using it in a container is going to magnify its dangers. Here are a couple of articles on how to use manure safely: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/composting/manures/the-benefits-of-manure-in-your-garden.htm [1]
