will the pink polk-dot survive a light freeze of 28 degrees?

it got to 28 degrees last night and I would like to know if I cut off the wilted leaves will my pink-poll-dot plant live?

You can certainly try to cut them off. Usually, they are hardy enough to sprout back from the roots. There is still a chance that it is passed the point to revive it, but it never hurts to try.
