Will Preen Garden Kill My Garden?

I planted peas, radishes, lettuce, Swiss chard, carrots and lots of flowers in my garden box (all seeds) and accidentally added preen garden, will this kill all my garden? Should i start over? Thanks!

It may prevent the seeds from sprouting. Check the label to see which edibles and flowers it is safe to use around. If you plants are listed, you can wait and see if they germinate.
