Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI received the BirdOfParidise in April 2018 as a present. It was 13” tall at the time. I purchased a grow light, hooked it to an old camera tripod, and put the Bird under it. I also purchased an oversized heating pad, wrapped it around the Birds pot, and keep it on 24-7. It is indoors, in front of my office window. As of Oct. 1st. the Bird is 38” high and the plant and it’s leafs are beautiful. My fear is I may disrupt it’s natural grow cycle with the grow light. Can you help me? Sincerely, Tom Gratton

I think I would just turn the light off at night or put it on a timer to go off at night. They do need light, about 6 hours of “sun” a day.
