Will frost or temperatures in mid 20’s hurt blooming tulips that are planted?

Tulips can withstand cool temps. Tulip blooms will most likely be damaged in mid-twenty degree temps…expecially with wind. On a mid-20’s night, with no wind, and close to a building, they may not be damaged. Tulips in bud should not be damaged if there is no wind.
