Will Dry Soil Eradicate Parasites?

Question

Hello. If i spread the soil beneath the blazing sunlight until its completely-dust-dry, would it remove any parasites? I just discovered a dung (probably the neighboorhood kitties) in my raised bed. I wouldn’t wanna grow in a contaminated soil, but i cant throw it away as the amount of valuable soil is too much. If its too risky, can i still use it on non edible plants?
