Also have a Asian ladybug beatle which eats aphids and bad bugs. Is there any home made spray I can make that will kill the aphids and white flys but not harm the assisan bug and Asian ladybug beetle?

Most insecticides will kill off your beneficial garden friends, as well. You can try neem oil, but using it incorrectly will lead to a bunch of dead plants.
