Q.Why Won’t My Twisty Baby Locust Bloom?
Had the tree for about 5 years. Planted at about 6 feet tall. It has grown to about 10+ feet. It has never bloomed. It is in a sunny spot by a fence. It gets regular water from sprinklers or rain. I’ve only fertilized it once or twice during the 5 years.

Has it been pruned at all? That may help. That also will encourage the contortions. It looks like it may not get enough sun. Also, it is competing for nutrients with all the plants under the tree. I suggest relocating those.
