Why Won’t 6-Yr-Old Variegated Lace Hydrangea Bloom?

I have had this plant for 6 years and never had a bloom. It's a beautiful bush on its own, but I would like to have it flower.

I have noticed in my gardening that varigated plants generally do not bloom as much as green ones. I have no clue why - without knowing the conditions where you are growing this, it is hard to answer this question. Here is a site on growing them that I hope helps you.
