Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comThe asparagus fern I’m growing inside sends out long stems. Some as long as 20 ft.(yes, feet!). Only one stem has ever produced any leaves. Is this normal? The base of the plant doesn’t seem to fill in. I only get these long shoots. It’s in a bright spot, out of the sun and I keep the soil moist. What am I doing wrong?

I would trim the overly long stems to promote a more busy appearance.
