Q.why no fruit? very few blossoms trees are three yrs old

trees are old enough and have never been pruned

That's not much information to go on. What kind of trees? What are the growing conditions? What do you do for fertilization and watering?

Lack of fruit development is usually related to soil fertility and complete plant nutrition, and adequate soil moisture provided with deep watering during the growing season.
