Why my Parsley won’t grow

I have tried to grow parsley from seed many times. Put them on top of ground and wet them, covered them. Tried planting them about a 1/2 inch down and wetting them. But nothing. How do I grow parsley?

Wayne.

Parsley is a slow-germinating seed, and its seedlings can take 3 to 4 weeks to appear. To germinate parsley, the seeds need to be kept continually moist and warm for this entire period. Starting indoors is more reliable, so start with that method. Carefully follow the instructions in this article:

It is also possible that the seeds you purchased are poor quality, so purchase some new seeds from a different supplier.
