Q.Why My Okra Plant Leaves Are Not Healthy? Every Year I Have This Problem.
Attached photos. I am regularly giving organic fertilizer & spray for aphids $ mites. Spray made of Castillo soap, rubbing alcohol & hydrogen peroxide. plants are small. I will be happy if you suggest me some permanent solution.

I see trails of leafminers which will not be affected by the spray since they are inside the leaves. Also, the spray does not have any residual effect, so it only works on contact to kill aphids, for example. You would have to see the insect, then spray it for it to work. Using homemade insecticides can damage plants, so it is better to use a commercial insecticidal soap.
The holes could be where a corky spot dried up and dropped out. Those could be caused by a fungal disease. Using fungicides may help.
It also looks like the soil needs some compost or amendments added to make it drain better.
