why my Angelonia plant is wilting?

I have three Angelonia plants in one container, they were doing fine for about a year but now the leaves are wilting. I checked roots for root rot but all three roots seem to have entangled and they kind of fill up the pot. Should I repot them to a bigger pot? Also the leaves have some white powdery look.

It would seem, from your description, that the plant became rootbound, used up all nutrients available, then succumbed to downy mildew.

From here, you will need to repot each into individual containers if you can get the roots apart. If you cannot, then just choose a container 1 inch larger on all sides to repot into. They are not fragile, however.

Thanks for your suggestion.. I did repot them into a bigger pot and now they are thriving. But one plant out of the three have powdery leaves and a red spot like insect under the leaves. Any tips for it? Also it has started raining in my area, any tips would be welcome . Thanks in advance
