Why Is There Growth of Vine After Tomato Clusters of Fruit

Maybe it is the variety, as I’ve never seen that pattern! Could it be a different type of sucker? Not sure of variety.

It is likely the variety. There are literally 1000s with different characteristics. I do not think that there is anything to be alarmed about.
