Why Is My Plant Looking So Sad ?

I have had this plant for over 20 years and it has grown a lot! But I seem to be loosing it😞I have it extra soul about a month ago but it’s so gangly I don’t know what to do?

I would cut it back (cut the top off) and repot it if it has been a while since you refreshed the soil. It also probably needs more light. Make sure you aren't overwatering. Here is more:
