Q.Why Is My Oleander Is Dying

I live in Las Vegas have 3 oleander plants within 3ft of each 2in the front dried up and seem as if they’re dying the one in the back is fine,why they’re wee very healthy with beautiful blooms

It looks a lot like Oleander leaf scorch. It is transmitted by an insect so it may not have infected the third bush. There is no cure.
