Why Is My Newly Seeded Grass Turning Brown?

Hi. I had a bad moss problem in April so applied a moss killer then scarified and reseeded. The grass came in lovely but over the last few weeks I’ve noticed brown patches in the grass which is starting to spread a little. Due to work and weather I’ve only been able to cut it once a week so I’ve tried to make a point of cutting twice a week recently but it doesn’t seem to be working. Any help would be much appreciated.
