Fig Tree Dropping Leaves

Why is my fig tree dropping its leaves, and why are the small figs rotting? The fig tree leaves are spotted, some yellowing, falling off and small figs rotting before they are full grown and ripe. What do I need to do?

It sounds like you have a fungus. Treat the plant with a fungicide. I like neem oil as a fungicide as it is safe for people and pets.
