Q.Why Is My Elephant Ear Leaf Curling Up And Crunchy?
I have an elephant ear that produced 4 pups, so I decided to separate and report the parent of them. I used potting mix and peat moss for soil. The pups are doing great but my parent planet is dying! Are there any remedies because I am just heartbroken lol. The leafs are curling up and crunchy even though it’s in the same location as it was when it was thriving and I water it with filter water. Please help?

Likely it is being overwatered. Since much of the root mass was removed, you will have to let it dry for a little longer between watering until it fills the container back out.
This will need some fungicide to prevent further infection. Watering will need to be done once the soil is dry down to about 2 or 3 inches, completely.
