Q.Why Is My Dwarf Meyer Lemon Tree Has Yellowing And Dropping Leaves?
My improved Dwarf Meyer lemon tree recently shows yellowing leaves and then the leaves are shedding. Why is that? Do I need to change the media? Or move to a larger pot? I moved it from 12″ pot to 20″ wide pot about 4 months ago. Please see attached pictures.

Likely, the pH of the soil is too high. Feeding with a citrus fertilizer will help, both, with nutrient deficiencies and pH imbalances. They are heavy feeders in container.

Thanks, BushDoctor. A few more follow up questions: 1. I used Jobe Organics Fruit and Citrus, it's 3-5-5 but it says to do it every 3 months or so. I last added the fertilizer 2 months ago. Should I fertilize it again? 2. The Jobe fertilizer is to be used at drip line, so I put the fertilizer only at the rim of the pot since the plant is already bigger than the pot, is it okay to continue doing that? Should I get a larger pot? I don't want to put the fertilizer much closer since it says I need to put it on drip line. 3. Is there another way to fertilize lemon in pot like this? Is liquid fertilizer any better? Thanks again ?
