Q.Why Is My Crocosmia Not Blooming

Zone Cary, NC 27513 | sydneyt1028 added on July 11, 2020 | Answered

The plants are about 8 inches tall but show no signs of buds, etc. Can’t remember if I planted it last fall or this spring. Think it was last fall.

This, usually, has much to do with the type of nutrients present in soil. Many times, this means that there is too much nitrogen and not enough phosphorus and potassium.
