Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have grown Cauliflower for first time and have noticed they are light green to yellow in color. The seeds I used were mixed, some will be purple.

Your cauliflower looks very nice. As you see from your seeds, they do come in different colors, and that is one reason yours is yellow.
