Q.Why is my chocolote mimosa tree not flowering?

It has been planted about 4 or 5 years and still has not flowered.

Your hardiness zone is 6b. Research shows that your tree will not bloom until it's around ten feet tall. The tree needs to be large enough to support flowering.
