Why Is My Azalea Dieing

2 years ago my azalea budded up but last year and large brance died, it budded as normal but this year 3 large branches have diedone. What can I do. She is planted in the garden. When should I remove the dead branches?

I would remove the dead branches after it finishes blooming. It could be twig blight. Here is more:
