Why Is My Abracadabra Rose Always Suffering

Question

I’ve had it for nearly two years and it’s struggled to stay alive with disease, at first it had bad black spot so I used rose clear spray regularly, now the leaves have big brown spots, a lot of them have dropped off and it only produces a couple of blooms. It is no where near as strong as my other roses

Does it have full sun and is it located where it gets good air circulation? Do you avoid overhead watering? Is it regularly pruned and fertilized? Since it seems to be prone to black spot, I would keep it on a regular spraying schedule with a fungicide.
