That could be. I would certainly keep an eye out. The first few may fall off, but if you have quite a few flowers, then it should start producing just fine.

In your area, you should expect flowering to occur anywhere from late July to early August, which should be around 8 to 10 weeks after you sow them. After this, they take a couple of weeks to start seeing fruits. In your case, You should start seeing beans in August. It is still a little early if they were planted on time.
Thanks for the info. I have to assume that I have planted my seeds too early as I have had flowers in profusion since mid June. I'll just have to wait and let nature take it's course.
