Q.Why Have My Geranium Leaves Turned Yellow/Red Colour

They were ok before we planted them outdoors 2 weeks ago.

Normally, this is either caused by too little water or too much water when it comes to geraniums. They should not be in water logged soil, but the soil should also not be bone dry.
