my euonymus is in a large pot it has been very healthy for the last 3 years but now (june 2023) it has suddenly lost all it’s leaves

Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I am unable to see the damage. It could be quite a few things that could be the issue. There could be issues with lacking nutrients, or disease. Over and underwatering can cause these symptoms, as well.
